Airline Hydraulic Corp. is being sued by a former female employee who alleges that a pattern of sexual harassment led to her sacking. According to pennrecord.com, Natalie Ann Sivo, of Levittown, has filed a lawsuit through her Pennsylvania sexual harassment attorney in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania against Airline Hydraulic Corp on July 27th. In the lawsuit, Sivo claims that the company violated the state Human Relations Act and 1964 Civil Rights Act.

An unpleasant work environment

33 year old Sivo was employed as a warehouse associate at Airline Hydraulic Corp in October 2013. She alleges to have been harassed by coworkers who constantly passed sexual comments and spread false rumors that she had slept with other people from the office. Some went as far as passing comments about sucking on silicone breasts and rubbing bellies in the shower.

According to the lawsuit, in May 2014 when the plaintiff complained to human resources about the harassment, her complaint was brushed aside and was ticked off for complaining too much. Allegedly, she was told that she caused too much drama and was fired on June 3rd, 2014. In her lawsuit, Sivo has asked for an unspecified amount of compensation, punitive damages, and an injunction against Airline Hydraulic Corp. acting in this way in the future.

Victory Security Agency has been sued by a former Pennsylvania security guard who claims that she was sexually harassed and discriminated against while she was employed at the agency in 2009.
